The cleaning method of the carding unit cotton box

The cleaning and carding unit (commonly known as the cleaning and carding unit) is a development trend in cotton spinning technology and an important symbol of automation, continuity, and modernization in cotton spinning engineering. The cleaning and carding unit is not a simple connection between cleaning and carding, but a new production line that combines the two under new conditions. There are two process flows for carding and carding, which are cotton returning and non cotton returning. In fact, in our daily life, no matter what has been used for a long time, it is necessary to clean it. This way, we not only look comfortable, but also feel more at ease when using it. Therefore, it is important to do a good job in cleaning the carding unit cotton box.

Cleaning method for the carding unit cotton box:

1. Firstly, clean the rear of the carding unit, then the right side, and finally the left side;

2. First lift all front and rear covers of the vehicles, and use a bamboo pole to roll up the flying flowers on each vehicle;

3. Starting from the back door of the self feeding cotton box, two motors, wall panels, and the inside and outside of the door, open the mixing box to clean the residue on the mesh plate, remove short fluff dust and debris, and clean the plugs on the end cover of the vibration motor;

4. Next, clean the stickers on the cotton roller drive chain, remove the hanging flowers from the observation window, and polish the cotton track with fine sandpaper. Wall panels and doors must be clean and tidy;

5. Three roller drive of the carding machine, cleaning roller motor, Doffer wall panel, front guide plate of the cover plate, suction pipes for each support foot, suction points for the discharge cover of the carding roller, self leveling cotton feeding drive, cotton feeding motor, and debris under the end of the cotton feeding roller;

6. Remove the sticky flowers on the front dust shield, front belly, large bottom, rear belly, small bottom, Dover, and bottom triangle area, as well as the accumulated dust and debris and scattered flowers inhaled during hair growth.
