After comparing with the set value, control the frequency conversion speed regulation of the last cotton cleaning machine feeding roller to achieve continuous feeding and stepless speed regulation, thereby ensuring that the static pressure difference of the upper cotton box pipeline is maintained within the process requirement range of ± 20Pa. The cotton feeding box applies variable frequency speed regulation to the cotton roller, which can automatically increase or decrease the cotton feeding amount according to the working pressure of the lower box. At the same time, the speed of the cotton roller fed by the cotton feeding box can proportionally track the speed of the carding machine Doffer, achieving a balance between feeding and output.
