1、 Cotton stripping device
（1） Requirements for cotton stripping equipment:

（2） The type of cotton stripping device
1. Four roller cotton stripping: used for A186 series carding machines.
Cotton stripping roller: Stripping cotton mesh with a mountain shaped saw blade on the surface; Transfer roller: Transfer cotton mesh; Upper and lower rollers: output cotton mesh roller: remove the entangled fibers on the surface of the cotton stripping roller.
2. Three roller cotton stripping device: used for FA series carding machines.
Cotton stripping roller: mountain shaped serrations; Upper and lower rolling rolls: The upper rolling rolls are small, the lower rolling rolls are large (with ribbed grooves), and the upper and lower rolling rolls are inclined.
2、 To form a strip
Cotton mesh → Bell mouth → Large pressure roller → Circler.
The horizontal points of the cotton net are simultaneously output by the rollers and reach the bell mouth at different times, creating a mixing and uniform effect in the longitudinal direction of the cotton net, which is beneficial for reducing the unevenness of the raw sliver.
3、 Coiler
1. Function: The cotton strips output by the large pressure roller are pulled and compressed by the small pressure roller, and orderly placed in the strip barrel for use in the next process.
2. Structure: Composed of a circular bar horn mouth, a small pressure roller, a circular bar disc, a rotating chassis, etc.
3. Circle bar form:
Big circle bar: The diameter of the circle bar is greater than the radius of the cylinder, and the sub circle is out of the center of the cylinder.
Small circle bar: The diameter of the circle bar is smaller than the radius of the cylinder, and the bar does not protrude beyond the center of the cylinder.
There is a hole in the center of both the large and small circular bars.
Comparison: The diameter of the small ring disk is smaller, while the diameter of the bearing is smaller; The structure size of the large coil disk is relatively large, consumes more power, and has a large inertial force, which is not conducive to the start and stop of the machine.
Previously: Low production carding machines with small drum diameter (Å 350) and large loop strips
Now: High yield carding machine, with a large diameter of the barrel (æ 400-1200) and small circular strips; Automatic cylinder change reduces labor and downtime.
The requirements of spinning technology for loop devices:
Regularly circle cotton strips to reduce accidental elongation and fuzzing of the strips;
Loop the cotton strips tightly to increase the capacity of the spool;
The cotton strips placed in the loop should have clear layers and not stick to each other;
Reduce noise, save power, and facilitate maintenance.
